About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, concept‑driven, and execution‑strong Brand Designer to shape and evolve the visual identity of our brands (like Loco Chicken) — bringing them to life consistently across all touchpoints, from packaging and social assets to POS and offline marketing materials.
You won’t just execute designs — you’ll think holistically about brand expression: from creative ideas and visual systems to scalable design implementation. You’ll contribute your own ideas to improve our products, communication, and customer experience, acting as the creative brain within our marketing team.
This is a full‑time position based in Berlin, offering creative freedom, clear ownership, and a direct impact on one of Germany’s fastest‑growing consumer startups.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and evolve the visual identity of our brands, especially Loco Chicken.
- Conceptualize and design campaigns, product launches, and always‑on assets.
- Create packaging, POS materials, and offline marketing collateral.
- Design social media assets and performance creatives.
- Build and maintain design systems and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, social, product, and operations teams.
- Contribute to design‑driven innovations in product and customer experience.
- Ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand perception across all touchpoints.
- (Optional) Bring your flair for motion design to create engaging social and ad content.
About You
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Art Director, or similar role.
- Proven experience in brand‑driven consumer environments, ideally within food, lifestyle, or fashion brands.
