About the role
As a Brand Manager at LANCH, you will oversee and grow our Loco Chicken brand in the Nordics. Re You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive brand equity, market share, and customer loyalty. From creating and launching new brands to scaling existing ones, your contributions will span the full spectrum of brand management.
Your responsibilities:
- Brand Development: Create and roll out new brands while scaling and evolving existing ones across delivery, quick-serve restaurants, and CPG.
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage influencers while working closely with the existing creators of the brands to amplify visibility and build authentic connections.
- ATL Media Buying: Handle large-scale media buying for TV, print, and OOH campaigns.
- PR & Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand perception and drive engagement.
- Event Marketing: Organize activations, sponsorships, and events to build strong brand connections.
- Retail Media: Craft and implement retailer-specific advertising strategies to boost sales and brand presence in-store.
- Creative Collaboration: Write compelling creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams and external creators to deliver outstanding campaigns.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and share actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Trend Spotting & Insights: Stay ahead of cultural trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to develop new products, launch limited editions or improve packaging design.
- Customer Research: Leverage insights to align campaigns with target audience needs and preferences.
- Budget Management: Oversee campaign and ATL budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
About you

- Experience: 3-5 years in brand management, preferably within the food industry or similar consumer-facing sectors.
