In our Delivery business, we focus on the growth and quality of our ghost kitchens. As of July 2025, we have 500 of them across Germany — and we’re planning to launch many more. Our expansion team grows hand in hand with our partner restaurants all over the country, making sure we bring top restaurateurs into our ghost‑kitchen family.

Your role: As an Expansion Manager, you’ll build our partnerships in your region and open up new markets. Your daily work involves negotiating and closing partnership agreements with restaurateurs from start to finish, onboarding and launching new partners, and then handing them over to the Account Development team for long‑term success. In other words, you’re one of the most important people at Lanch — without you, there is no growth!

Location: We’re hiring across all regions in Germany.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify suitable partner kitchens: As an Expansion Manager, you’ll be responsible for scouting and selecting potential partners in your region, ensuring they meet our operational and quality standards.
• Manage the entire sales process: You’ll own the full sales cycle — from initial lead generation to closing new kitchen partnerships. You’ll also receive support and additional warm leads from our Sales Development Team.
• Close deals: You’ll secure partnerships with some of the best kitchen partners in Germany, equipped with all the materials you need — including your own sales presentations and pitch decks.
• Partner onboarding: Once you’ve signed a new partner, you’ll be responsible for their onboarding — introducing them to our processes, products, and kitchen tools while building and maintaining a strong relationship between the partner and Lanch.
• Expectations & teamwork: You’ll work in a fast‑paced, fun, and creative environment with the opportunity to shape a rapidly growing business and team. You’ll collaborate closely with the Account Development Team, Sales Development Team (cold acquisition), and Central Operations Team, reporting directly to the Expansion Lead.
