About the Role
Join our team as a (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our two powerhouse brands, Loco and Happy — and play a key role in building and nurturing lasting relationships with social media influencers. You’ll develop creative campaigns that engage our communities and bring our brand stories to life in an authentic way.
As an integral part of our marketing team, you’ll work closely with content creators, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve our influencer strategy through data‑driven insights.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, reach out to, and build long‑term relationships with social media influencers who share our brand values and vision.
- Develop and implement creative influencer marketing campaigns that drive attention and engagement within our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with our content and marketing teams to produce shareable, high‑impact content in partnership with influencers.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key KPIs to derive actionable, data‑driven insights.
- Organize influencer events, including shootings and video productions for our social media channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to keep our brands at the forefront of culture.
About You
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Relevant experience in influencer marketing or social media management — ideally within the food or consumer brand industry.
- A confident, proactive personality with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A creative mindset and a strong eye for campaigns that inspire and perform.
