About the role
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager who will help shape our growth on the people side. You will own the entire hiring process across a wide range of roles – with a focus on recruiting for our Loco Chicken stores, while also being involved in hiring for our Head Office. This mix is what makes the role especially exciting: no two days are the same, you'll switch between high-volume hiring and strategic recruiting, and you'll get to know the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition.
With over 30 Loco Chicken locations and further expansion ahead, you don't need a textbook recruiting playbook – you need speed, pragmatism, and the drive to build processes that scale. As part of the People Team, you'll work closely with store leads and hiring managers and have a direct impact on how quickly and successfully we grow.
The location is Berlin.
The role is full-time and offers plenty of room to shape things, ownership, and direct impact.
Your Responsibilities
- You own end-to-end hiring – from the kickoff with the hiring manager through sourcing, screening, and interviews to the signed offer
- You manage the recruiting pipeline for our Loco Chicken stores, lead the daily QSR hiring check-ins & check-outs, and ensure our stores are always staffed with the right people
- You identify and leverage the right recruiting channels for each target group – whether job boards, social ads, local networks, or active sourcing
- You build automations (Zapier, n8n, Personio APIs) that eliminate repetitive steps and make our hiring scalable
- You maintain structure in Airtable and Personio Recruiting and track KPIs on hiring funnel, time-to-hire, and pipeline
- You coordinate contract creation and the go-live of new employees
- You ensure new employees are ready to go from day one and experience a smooth onboarding
- You make sure candidates feel who we are from the very first point of contact
About you
- You are pragmatic and solution-oriented – if one channel doesn't work, you test the next
- You think in processes and automations, not individual tasks
- You work independently, keep an overview even with many open positions in parallel, and stay organized
