About the role

Are you ready to lead LANCH's operations and omnichannel growth strategy across Europe? As Operations & Omnichannel Director, you are highest in the org and work directly with the founders to drive our operations & strategy across the org; with a particular focus on delivery. You own the delivery P&L, lead strategic partnerships with major platforms, manage central operations, and build the team that will scale LANCH across Europe. You report directly to the CEO.

What you will do

• P&L Ownership: You are fully responsible for the delivery P&L, managing both revenue growth and cost optimization to drive profitability across all channels.
• Team Leadership: You hire, develop, and lead the Expansion, Central Operations, and Account Development teams, fostering a high-performance culture. You are responsible for 40+ people.
• Platform Strategy: You develop and execute strategic partnerships with major delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Wolt, Lieferando, etc.) and negotiate commercial terms.
• Central Operations Management: You oversee central operations to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and scalability across all virtual kitchens, QSR locations, and delivery channels.
• Omnichannel Expansion: You oversee the expansion of our delivery brands and QSR locations across Europe, identifying new markets and growth opportunities.
• Account Development: You oversee account management and partner relationships, ensuring optimal performance across all locations and channels.
• Performance Management: You establish KPIs, reporting structures, and data-driven decision-making processes to provide full transparency to the CEO and leadership team.
• Strategic Planning: You collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop the long-term operations and omnichannel strategy and roadmap.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to align operational and channel strategy with overall business objectives.
