We are looking for dedicated and experienced Regional Director for the region North/East Germany. As Regional Director, you serve as the crucial interface between our Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer Kevin and the individual stores. The position combines both strategic planning and operational leadership: You are responsible for managing and supporting the store managers to maximize efficiency and quality across all assigned restaurants. Additionally, you oversee financial performance and handle the implementation of best practices to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with standards. In this role, you supervise our stores in the Northern and Eastern regions.

About the role
What you will do:
- Strategic planning and implementation of operational guidelines in coordination with senior management
- Coordination and communication between store managers and senior management, including regular reporting
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of store managers, including weekly one-on-one meetings and monthly team meetings
- Ensuring the use of current templates and tools from the system headquarters and providing guidance to store managers
- Review and optimization of financial performance, staff schedules, payroll processing, and vacation planning in collaboration with store managers
- Planning and coordination of employee training and certifications in consultation with store managers and HR, as well as quality audits in the stores
- Monitoring and optimization of restaurant orders and overseeing the implementation of specials and menu changes
About you
- Extensive experience in (system) gastronomy to ensure a deep understanding of operational procedures, menu development, and customer service - administrative responsibility is advantageous
- Knowledge in optimizing kitchen and service processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Analytical skills and experience in handling operational KPIs as well as in-depth understanding of financial metrics
- Experience in implementing and monitoring quality standards to ensure consistent product and service quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with store personnel and other stakeholders
- Strong hands-on mentality
