What you'll do:
- Find suitable partner kitchens: As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring the best potential partners in your region. We care about quality; you'll bring our standards and values to lead acquisition.
- Manage the entire sales process: You'll be responsible for converting leads into potential partners and coordinate our short sales cycles completely independently.
- Build relationships: You'll build deep partnerships with the teams in our partner kitchens, thereby establishing long-term relationships.
- Close deals: You'll close deals with some of the best partner kitchens in Germany, helping us transform the hospitality industry.
- Build processes: You'll help shape them! Improvement and efficiency are top priorities for us.
- You'll actively adapt sales processes, provide input, and continue to grow with us.
About you
What you'll bring:
- A valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills. German (native speaker/C2)
- A hands-on mentality and the willingness to go the extra mile.
- Passion for sales with experience and a proven track record.
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with a dynamic growth mindset.
- The necessary drive to win and the ability to help shape an organization from the ground up.
